Join YAH teaching artist Anthony Silva! In this workshop you will learn not only the fundamentals of breakdance, but more importantly the fundamentals of how to feel comfortable using your body to learn anything physical! Balance, body control, coordination, flexibility, and self-confidence is what this program will focus on.
